Immigration

The Problem:

• America is spending too much time, energy, resources, and tax dollars on non-citizens.
• Illegal aliens are committing murder, rape, robbery, etc.  Many are not caught and flee back to Mexico.

The Cause:

• Our prison system is over flowing with 30% illegal aliens.

• Hospitals are going broke and closing the doors because of free indigent care to illegal aliens.
• Illegal aliens attend our schools, usurping citizen’s tax dollars.
• Illegal aliens are pouring across our borders with only minor restraints.

• States are not enforcing federal immigration laws.  They look to the feds for enforcement using lack of state funding for federal enforcement as an excuse.
• Cities encourage illegal immigration through “sanctuary city” policies. 
• “Sanctuary City” policies prevent law enforcement from carrying out federal law.
• Businesses, especially the building industry, employ illegal aliens. 
• Federal enforcement is not adequate; their focus is primarily violent criminals.
• Federal enforcement of businesses employing illegal aliens is limited primarily to large businesses.

 

Possible Solutions:

 

• Build a fence along the Mexican border.
• Enact legislation that stops anchor babies from becoming citizens.
• Implement legislation that prevents illegal aliens and anchor babies from attending our schools.
• Enact legislation that stops welfare payments and food stamps to illegal aliens and anchor babies.
• Implement legislation at both the federal and state levels that include hefty fines and or withholding federal tax dollars to cities with “sanctuary city” policies. 
• Implement English as the national language.  This would eliminate bi-lingual teachers and government employees.
